1. About these Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website at beesmartproservices.com (the "Website"), operated by BeeSmart Business Set Up L.L.C, a company licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates by the Department of Economy and Tourism and trading as "BeeSmart PRO Services" ("BeeSmart", "we", "us", "our").

By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

These Terms apply to the Website only. Any services we provide are governed by a separate written engagement agreement for your matter, which prevails over these Terms in relation to those services.

2. Definitions

• "Content" means all text, graphics, logos, images, layout, code and other material made available on the Website.
• "You" means the person accessing or using the Website, and any organisation on whose behalf you act.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract to use the Website. If you use the Website on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms.

4. The Website is information only

The Website provides general information about BeeSmart and about company formation, licensing, immigration and related processes in the UAE. It is not legal, tax, immigration, accounting or financial advice, is not a substitute for professional advice on your circumstances, and may not reflect the most current requirements.

Government and free-zone authorities set their own fees, eligibility criteria, documentation and processing times and change them without notice. Any timescale, scope or figure relevant to you is confirmed in writing for your specific case before any engagement.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the Content accurate and current but do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date, and we are not liable for any decision made in reliance on it.

5. No client relationship from the Website

Contacting us through the Website, by email, telephone or messaging, submitting an enquiry, or receiving a quotation does not create a client relationship, retainer or any obligation on either party.

We act for you only after a written scope and quotation have been agreed and any onboarding, identification and compliance checks are complete. Please do not send us confidential or sensitive information through the Website or by unencrypted email before an engagement is in place.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Website unlawfully or in breach of these Terms;
• interfere with or disrupt the Website, its servers or security, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it;
• introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code;

The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to any right we may have to bring proceedings before another competent court.

• You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours to a successor of our business.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website.
• Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, joint venture or employment relationship between you and us.
• These Terms are drafted in English; any translation is provided for convenience only and the English version prevails.
